Tiny and Bad Quality and Bad customer service

Not sure how I ordered two of the exact same bottoms. Not returnable. Customer service did not help. Bottoms fit fine. But, the matching top is terrible. I am small chested and it didnt cover anything up. Tiny triangles on top. Very upset I spent the money
