How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking information within 1 business day after your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays are shipped the next business day.  

• ETA is 1-9 business days depending on the State. You can see accurate times at the checkout after entering your address.

• We ship with UPS, USPS and FedEx. Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped only with USPS, and transit time may take longer.

Do you have expedited shipping?

• Yes, we offer an Express 2-day service and a Next-day service at the checkout. Price depends on the state. You can see accurate fees at the checkout.

• This service can not be requested or paid after the order is placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order prior to shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. If you need to change the delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at

Our warehouse team always try to ship your order as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation. In that case, don't worry! Once you receive your package, you can request a return here.

Can I return my order?

We have a 30-days return policy. Items must to be unworn and returned in the original package. For more information, please click here.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it will take 4-7 business days after your return package arrives to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Shipping fees (both standard or express) are non-refundable.
