Items didn’t fit

Even though the items were final sale, they didn’t fit. I tried reaching out to the company for a credit, but they said no. I spent $200 on my items, and now I’m stuck them.

Sizing is off

I am normally a 36C and got an XL based on other reviews. I am normally a medium, large if I want to feel it loose, and this XL is extremely tiny. XL was the bigger option. This brand is definitely not for bustier girls, you should advertise as such. The material is not the best, not stretchy at all, doesn’t feel like swimwear. Print is beautiful, only reason I am giving it 3 stars.

Good product, terrible customer service

I was so excited to try this product and went by their size guide, which bc worked perfectly for the bottom, but the top needed to go one size bigger because of coverage. When I contacted customer service to return it, they gave me a link and told me return it and then re-purchase a top at the right size. However, because I was a first time customer I had a promo code plus had some Catch bucks that I used. If I bought the new top, I would end up paying $90 more for it and would’ve lost all my Catch bucks. I tried to tell them that and they told me there was no way to exchange it straight across or no promo codes to use on the exchange of a larger top. I went back-and-forth a couple times and all they could say sorry, there’s nothing we can do for you. So I didn’t buy a new top Now I’m either going to wear a top that is too small and have side boob hanging out or I’m going to pay $90 more dollars than I paid for the first one just so that I could get the right size, even though they’re size guide directed me to the one I originally got. It’s pretty disappointing when a new customer runs into a dead end from their customer service on something so simple that other companies do routinely.
