Agua Bendita reserves the right but is not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. This may be exercised on a case-by-case basis.
Agua Bendita only warrants the quality of any products, services, information, or other material that is purchased or obtained on this platform.
COLORS
Agua Bendita has done everything to show to the User the most reliable and precise colors on the products. Nonetheless, these may differ depending on which screen or device the User is viewing the platform’s products. Some small color variations or other types of minor variations may occur on the offered products, resulting from the different image and display acquisition technologies or from other technical reasons. Agua Bendita does not take any responsibility for such variations and deviations.
PRICES, OFFERS, AND DISCOUNTS
Agua Bendita reserves the right to determine the price of the products and make changes to them without prior notice. Still, the amount applicable to the User's order will be the published price at the checkout. Once the User makes the payment, the order is accepted. Agua Bendita does not offer a price adjustment on purchased items whose price has been temporarily reduced after the transaction. Once an item has been purchased at a sale price with or without a discount, there will be no changes in its price or refunds of the difference between the price paid and the new one that would have been published, after its payment.
Sale tax is not included in the price expressed within the platform information. Prices are expressed in USD. Agua Bendita reserves its right to make changes to prices and products before any order is placed by the User. Once the User has placed his order, Agua Bendita shall be bound to keep the purchase conditions set forth at the time the purchase was generated on the platform. Agua Bendita reserves its right to change, limit, or terminate special offers at any time.
Agua Bendita charges shipping expenses that vary depending on the destination state or country and have been expressed in the purchase summary (checkout) at the time of acquiring the product. Such shipping expenses shall be invoiced, when required, on an independent basis and shall be specified and added up to the total price of the order.
Products under “Final Sale” identifications cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Discounts with promotional or seasonal coupons are not cumulative among them or any products with a discount already applied at the online store.
SALES TAX
State and local sales tax rates and applications are determined by the destination where the products are being shipped. Taxes will be applied during the checkout and will be charged to the User’s payment method.
These terms displayed are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Agua Bendita strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
Orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, and Texas, will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to the total order amount, and to shipping charges when appropriate.
PRODUCT OWNERSHIP / PROPERTY
Products provided shall remain the exclusive property of Agua Bendita until the User has completely paid all the charges due in virtue of any remote purchase-sale agreement subscribed with us, including payment of shipping costs and all other expenses associated with the online purchase-sale agreement.
The purchased products will be the User’s property once the order is physically delivered to the User’s address provided in the purchase.
In case the User provides a delivery wrong address, Agua Bendita is not responsible for orders that get lost due to the customer's providing an incorrect shipping address. If the mistake is reported on time, Agua Bendita will do everything possible to re-route the order to the correct address, which depends entirely on the courier (UPS / USPS / FedEx). Agua Bendita will not be held liable if this isn't possible or the packages end up being delivered to the original address.

Payments are operated through Shopify Payments (credit cards), Sezzle, PayPal, Amazon Pay and ShopPay gateways. Agua Bendita does not accept checks, cash, money orders, or COD as payment.
It should be expressed that the User, at the time of paying the purchase through a credit card, uses and accepts Shopify Payment’s terms of service which can be found here.
Agua Bendita’s platform allows the User to use an online transaction service owned by a third party for processing such payments. PayPal, Amazon Pay, and ShopPay are external services contracted because they offer the necessary technological infrastructure and PCI DSS certification so that payment information is kept secure.
When the User purchases through Sezzle, PayPal, Amazon Pay, ShopPay, after presenting the purchase summary during the sale process, shall leave Agua Bendita’s platform for a short time- period, and then access it again when the User gets to know the payment status (rejected or approved). The customer should register on the Sezzle / PayPal / Amazon Pay / ShopPay platform, and once registered, the customer should be able to make a purchase. During this entire period, the applicable terms and conditions to the payment transaction (personal data for processing the payment, such as the credit card number, among others) that shall govern are the ones from the third-party payment platform, which can be validated directly on their websites:

After the payment is completed, the customer will be redirected again to www.aguabendita.com and the order will be confirmed.
LEGALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the payment has been confirmed, Agua Bendita shall send the User an email confirming the detailed information of the purchase and the order number. This email represents the order has been legalized and received, and that it is soon to be processed. The User shall later receive a notification email updating the order status and the shipping tracking number.
By completing the payment and purchase, the User accepts the product’s paid price. Agua Bendita will not be responsible for discount/coupon codes not applied by the User when placing the order. Once the purchase has been legalized, Agua Bendita will not modify the purchase amount/paid price nor later apply coupon/discount codes.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS
When the User needs to request any shipping address change, the request can be placed by emailing customercare@aguabendita.com.co and indicating the order number and the full new address.
Agua Bendita cannot partially cancel items, or change sizes or quantities. If the User made a mistake when purchasing or if for any other personal reason needs a complete order cancellation, the request can be placed by emailing customercare@aguabendita.com.co and indicating the order number.
Both, the order cancellation and shipping address change, depend on the order’s internal status. Since Agua Bendita does its best to process and ship orders as soon as possible, is not guaranteed that the request will be successfully completed.
Agua Bendita’s customer care team will contact the User via email in 1-2 business days to notify if it was possible or not to cancel the order or modify the shipping address.
If an order cancellation request cannot be successfully completed, the User can always request a return once the order is delivered. The return policy can be checked here.
If an address shipping change request cannot be completed, it’s the User's responsibility and Agua Bendita cannot be held liable.
WARRANTIES
• Agua Bendita guarantees the product's quality up to 90 days after you received the order.
• Fill this form to present a claim related to a product guarantee for an item purchased on this website. Our team will contact you via email with further instructions and a pre-paid return label.
• Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
• Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the area in charge, which will determine the origin or not of a quality issue (after analyzing the property object of the claim). An answer will be given within the next fifteen (15) business days.
• You may request a replacement or refund if the item(s) present any of the following criteria of non-conformity in quality:
Non-conformity in the stamping:

● Moved or overlaid print.
● Stamping with voids.
● Print with spots.
Non-conformity in the confection:
● Broken or perforations.
● Loose seams.
● Collected seams.
● Elastic without adjustment.
● Elastic gathered.
● Measurements that do not fit the size.
● Threads busted.
● Defective snaps or zippers.
● Seamless seams.
Non-conformity on the fabric:
● Motes.
● Color migration.
● Solid fabric.
● Burst fibers.
For all other cases, and after determining the origin of the warranty service, the product will be addressed through repair. Agua Bendita will assume the shipping costs for exchanging through warranty. The term of availability of spare parts, products, supplies, and trained labor in case of repair request will be 30 days from the purchase date. The costs associated with a repair - not covered by warranty - will be borne by the customer.
After 90 days, we can, but are not required to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing a replacement for some parts such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, and laces, to the extent that these repair services are subject to the analysis of each case by the area in charge. However, we will not provide a product replacement or refund after 90 days.
