The client will send the package with the chosen delivery company with payment accepted at delivery. AGUA BENDITA S.A.S. is not responsible for the package's departure or loss.
The term of availability of spare parts, products, supplies, and trained labor in case of repair request will be 30 days from the purchase date. The costs associated with a repair - not covered by warranty - will be borne by the customer.
After 90 days, we can, but are not required to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing a replacement for some parts such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, laces, to the extent that these repair services are subject to the analysis of each case by the area in charge.
