Doesn’t fit

My wife bought the Bloom One Piece in XL and it doesn’t fit as she expected . She follow the size guide but it is not functional for a curvy lady or this measures don’t reflect the model. When she start the return . The website doesn’t allow did it. Your policy is do not allow returns but she is terrified because What she can do with a swimwear that cannot wear.
